The Record Institute uses a proprietary rarity classification system with five tiers: OMEGA (Mythic Rarity — fewer than 5 known surviving copies), SSS (Legendary Rarity), SS (Ultra Rare), S (Rare), and A (Notable). Each artifact is evaluated based on historical significance, physical condition, print quality, and cultural impact.
